The private rooms at the home sleep up to 8 guests – and home has a large, fenced backyard. The house has all the necessities you would want in your home-away-from-home and a peaceful-yet-central neighborhood location, just minutes from outdoor activities and downtown attractions alike.
This home isn’t for people with special necessities or for folks with allergies as it is very old home and sometimes special vintage smell may affect them.
Important: We are committed to protecting our properties which is why we’ve partnered with Know Your Guest, the leading vacation rental guest-screening provider.
Please note that before your booking begins, you will need to verify your details through Know Your Guest.
You will also be given the choice between paying a refundable deposit or buying a non-refundable damage waiver. We suggest you buy the damage waiver as this protects you in case you cause accidental damage during a booking. Also, if you aren’t from Oklahoma I want to assure you that there will be a rodent or ants and other things coming into the homes at one point of your stay so please let us know and we will spray. We won’t be able to do a refund for that as it is typical thing happening. We want to assure you know it before you book.
Guest can access all the rooms accept our storage room. If you would like to request an early check-in, please feel free to reach out to us on the day of your arrival around 10 AM. We’ll verify the status of our previous guests to ensure their departure before we can confirm your request. Additionally, please note that an early check-in or late check-out fee may apply for this option.

Neighborhood is great. Very calm and very close to gathering place. As a local it takes me 15 – 20 min to walk to it. It may take you a little longer 😉
This home is vintage. It’s been here for many years. We have done some updates on it but it still keeps its smell from the past and brings you back to older times. I hope you enjoy it. It is great price for such a large home.

Departure requirements:
– Check out before 10:00 AM
– Prior to your departure, please tidy up the home by doing the following:
1. Take out the trash and throw in trash can
2. If you have used more then 4 bath towels put all in the washer, put detergent and a little bit of softener and start it please
3. Leave all slept-in beds unmade
4. Turn off all lights, electronics and appliances accept all the front outside lights
5. Close and lock all windows and door6.
6. Don’t move furniture, paintings (don’t move anything)
7. Additional fees will be imposed if the home is found in an unsatisfactory condition, so please return it to the condition in which you found it
8. Don’t forget your personal belongings as we are not responsible for any missing items
In-House Rules:
– No smoking – 250 fee
– No events, parties or large gatherings – 250 fee
– Must be at least 25 years old to book
– Please report any damages that occur to Eva and Marlem through the app
Details on how to operate TV:
We don’t have TV channels available.
If you want just YOUTUBE or NETFLIX you click on the START BUTTON on the small remote control and click HOME. There are plenty of apps like YOUTUBE, NETFLIX, HULU, AMAZON PRIME. The TV is connected to Internet so you are more than welcome to use the apps and connect to your desired ones as long as you have memberships to them.
