PARKING: One garage parking space is available for your use/no remote control access! Also, street parking for two more vehicles is safe and available at no cost in front of garage not on the road please.
Guests are welcome to use anything outside or inside. In our world, we believe in hospitality where we like for everyone to feel welcome, plus we like to share! If you would like to request an early check-in, please feel free to reach out to us on the day of your arrival around 10 AM. We’ll verify the status of our previous guests to ensure their departure before we can confirm your request. Additionally, please note that an early check-in or late check-out fee may apply for this option.

You will also be given the choice between paying a refundable deposit or buying a non-refundable damage waiver. We suggest you buy the damage waiver as this protects you in case you cause accidental damage during a booking.
Also, if you aren’t from Oklahoma I want to assure you that there will be a rodent or ants and other things coming into the homes at one point of your stay so please let us know and we will spray. We won’t be able to do a refund for that as it is typical thing happening. We want to assure you know it before you book.
