And of course we could never forget about nightlife and entertainment. In the surrounding areas like Downtown and Paseo they’ve got some of the best night clubs and bars just waiting for you and your friends to bring the fun! Whether you're in town for business or pleasure I'm sure that you'll enjoy everything this cozy space, vibrant community, safe neighborhood and exceptional city has to offer.

If you would like to request an early check-in, please feel free to reach out to us on the day of your arrival around 10 AM. We'll verify the status of our previous guests to ensure their departure before we can confirm your request. Additionally, please note that an early check-in or late check-out fee may apply for this option. Important: We are committed to protecting our properties which is why we've partnered with Know Your Guest, the leading vacation rental guest-screening provider. Please note that before your booking begins, you will need to verify your details through Know Your Guest. You will also be given the choice between paying a refundable deposit or buying a non-refundable damage waiver. We suggest you buy the damage waiver as this protects you in case you cause accidental damage during a booking.

Disclosure: There are cameras installed throughout the building (outside of the Apartment) to see who comes in and out of the property. This helps to protect the safety of each and every guest. If you have more questions about this please reach out. We want nothing more than your stay to be 5 stars, so we've listed a couple of things below that we think you should know and will help prepare you for your future stay! Stays Longer Than 28 Days: If you are planning to stay with us for more than 28 days, you may be required to sign a contract prior to arriving at the property. This is simply to make sure that all rules are followed. Also, please remember this is Oklahoma and in Oklahoma we have bugs/insects/flies year round. They will always try to get inside. So please don’t keep the windows open for an extended period of time if you don’t want bugs/insects getting in. Also, if you aren’t from Oklahoma I want to assure you that there will be a rodent or ants and other things coming into the homes at one point of your stay so please let us know and we will spray. We won’t be able to do a refund for that as it is typical thing happening. We want to assure you know it before you book.
